Adaptive release agent for quality, productivity, and cost reduction

JBI-NANOX is a patented system developed by Jodovit that introduces a new generation of release agents for high-pressure die casting of aluminum, magnesium, and zinc.
The system is based on two separate components, mixed in real time through the JBI SMART DOSING unit.
This approach allows the release agent’s performance to be adapted to actual process conditions without replacing the product.

Why a Two-Component System

Thanks to its modular formulation, JBI-NANOX makes it possible to:

• optimize casting release,
• improve die cleanliness,
• reduce soldering and sticking defects,
• limit die wear,
• increase productivity by operating at higher temperatures.
  
  

The formulation can be adapted to every die change, alloy, or production condition.

Available Configurations

Base Version – Mixer

Two-component mixing system for direct control of formulation and dilution.

Automatic Version – Integrated with J-THERM

The system uses thermal data detected by J-THERM to automatically adjust the release agent formulation and spray parameters.

Advanced Version – AI Support (under development)

An advanced configuration featuring an artificial intelligence module based on Design of Experiments (DOE).
The system analyzes thermographic data and machine parameters to continuously optimize the entire production cycle.
