From April 9 to 11, 2025, Jodovit proudly took part in the 30th International Scientific and Technical Conference “Foundry 2025,” held in Pleven, Bulgaria. The event, organized by the Scientific and Technical Union of Mechanical Engineering, brought together researchers, companies, and professionals from the metallurgical sector worldwide to share the latest innovations in the foundry industry.

During the conference, Jodovit delivered a technical presentation focused on its next-generation refractory coatings for ferrous and non-ferrous metal castings. The talk highlighted how these products contribute to improving the surface quality of castings, offering highly customizable solutions developed in close collaboration with European foundries.

Concrete examples were shared, featuring coatings based on zirconium, magnesite, and graphite for cast iron and steel, as well as specific formulations for aluminum and copper alloys. Attendees also appreciated the variety of application methods – brush, dip, and spray – and the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability through its water-based versions.

Jodovit’s participation was made possible thanks to VDGroup High Technology, a sister company of Jodovit and its official distributor for Eastern Europe.
